TimberAI provides building materials, timber products, and AI-powered quotation services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer.

3. AI Quote Accuracy

Our AI-powered quotation system provides estimates based on the plans and information provided. While we strive for accuracy, quotes are estimates only and final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and other factors.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment is required at the time of order unless you have an approved trade account.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requirements.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging. Custom-cut items and special orders are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

TimberAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or products.
